“On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot. ”

I’m in a wheelchair and I’m moving back to Iowa where I’m from and she was most gracious most helpful and I really really appreciate it. The attention she gave me. It was nice to have someone care.”
