This charming, well-maintained 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse is located less than 3 miles from Bethany Beach in the highly desirable, amenity-rich community of Bethany Meadows. The first floor offers a bright sunroom, along with a spacious open-concept layout where the kitchen flows seamlessly into the family room—perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the beach. Step outside to the private patio just off the back steps, overlooking peaceful community open space and mature trees. A convenient half bath completes the main level.Upstairs, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms and a full bathroom.
    Ideally located just minutes from Bethany Beach and the boardwalk, Bear Trap Dunes golf, tax-free shopping, and excellent dining options. Bethany Meadows offers fantastic community amenities including a pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, horseshoe pit, and walking trails.

    A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week s stay is $164.25.

    Bedding- 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Double/Single Bunk Bed.

    All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
