    The Space:

    The Villages of Clearwater consist of single family homes located a few miles from the ocean and boardwalk in Bethany Beach. Most homes offer outdoor living space such as a deck or screened porch. The community offers an outdoor swimming pool, tennis and ponds. No pets please. This multilevel vacation home offers on level one a spacious deck, small open porch, living, dining, eating area in kitchen, powder room and laundry area. Level two offers primary bedroom with walk-in closet, primary bathroom with garden tub and shower stall, two bedrooms and a shared hall bathroom. GUEST MUST SHOW LODGING AGREEMENT FOR ACCESS TO POOL. NO SMOKING. INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE JUNE THRU SEPTEMBER. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698

Very clean and an excellent location!

I truly enjoyed our stay at the beach. House was clean, organized, and even had plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Cooking. The location of this property is really nice for a relaxing and peaceful beach vacation.

Family Vacation

We have been coming to Bethany Beach since our girls were little. My husband is from the area so it's been our summer tradition to vacation near Bethany Beach. This home was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family. Our girls loved it too! We were a quick 5 min drive to the beach and had a lovely pool to enjoy in the afternoon. I also enjoyed taking early morning walks through the neighborhood and loved the beautiful trees surrounding the property. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Grandchildren's summer vacation

Overall the stay was good. Our only issue was the lock box code wouldn’t open and we had to wait close 3 hours to get. This was extremely frustrating.

great place for family getaway

We loved staying in this home. The layout of the inside of the house was great. Our kids had a great time playing in all areas of the house. The pool access was also a plus. We had some unpredictable weather during our stay so it was nice to have an alternative to the beach. The front porch and back deck were also really nice to have as well. The front porch was well shaded and provided and great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. This is a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach and any other needs you may have during your stay. If you need a firm mattress, you will like the beds in this house. We recommend this property and we will definitely use Vacasa again for our next trip!
