    The Space:

    Kensington Park is a townhome community located just off Beaver Dam Road in Frankford. A short drive to local towns including Bethany Beach and the ocean it appeals to many year-round residents. Enjoy the outdoor community pool, a championship golf course just down the road, or the nature of the local state parks. This vacation townhome is located in Kensington Park and offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen area, screened porch, deck, and outside community pool. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Great Place

Wonderful place to stay. Enough space for our family and relatives who joined us. Pool was close by. Conveniently located to the beaches-just a short drive.

Great vacation place

Loved the location, pool was very nice. Quiet area, but not far from grocery stores, Bethany Beach. Unit was very clean and roomy.

Perfect little home

This home had everything our big family needed and more! It was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and it was so close to the beach! We enjoyed the pool twice and both times we were the only people there. I would most definitely stay at this home again and recommend it to others!

Convenience and comfort, minutes from the beach!

The location and cost make this property ideal for our large family of 7. The house is well kept and beautifully furnished! This is our third year staying at this location and it is by far our favorite place to stay in the area!!!

Overall it was a good place to stay with the family. The floors were dirty, top of the stairs was broken, bath tub was clogged. It was difficult trying to get a reply through VRBO and had to call but it was nice someone was able to come out same day. The drive to Bethany Beach was easy.

A House for the Family

We had a great family stay here, our kids loved the house and being right near the pool. The home is decorated beach theme all throughout and looked great. The community is only a few minute ride from the beach but also far enough to avoid all the congestion and crowd. Enjoyed sitting out in the screened in area during the mornings. Any questions we had, the host got back to us promptly which was great. Overall a great home to allow us to enjoy our family vacation and hope to be back again!

Quiet, clean and comfy! Perfect

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home is clean and comfortable. I wish we didn’t have to pick up/drop off keys at the vacasa office which is about 20 minutes each way from the home. We have used modern electronic locks with a key code for various homes we have rented in the past but it’s not the end of the world for this home. The key process was the only downside for us. Everything else was superb.

Lovely home

Home was lovely. Tons of cooking supplies, linens provided, not far from several grocery stores or Bethany Beach. Very comfortable overall! Sat in the enclosed deck in the evenings chatting and relaxing. Enjoyed the few books and puzzles for some indoor entertainment. A couple super small inconveniences; lots of light bulbs were out, wifi didnt work (we unplug during vacation but others may find that a bother), repair was done while we were on the property with no notification from owners (repair was needed and not a problem, but it was a surprise and a direct reach out to our cell phones should have been done).
