Enjoy your next vacation in this beautifully appointed Bethany Beach home in the Ocean View Beach Club community. Only 1+ mile to Bethany Beach, the sand and water are always within reach. If you wish to avoid walking or driving, take the beach shuttle bus available on weekends to get you where you need to go.

This home has premium furnishings throughout. Sleep on new premium mattresses that provide the utmost luxury and comfort. The first floor boasts an open floor plan with a great room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (all with smart TVs), a laundry room, an outdoor shower, a two-car garage, and a screened-in porch.

The kitchen contains quartz countertops, Stainless steel appliances including a French-style refrigerator, oversized island, and a large dining table with comfortable seating perfect for entertaining. The great room has a sectional sofa and an entertainment unit with a large Fire TV, DVD, and Dolby surround for TV/music. The 1st-floor luxurious owner's suite includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The laundry room houses an oversized washer/dryer and a second refrigerator. The screened-in porch has a ceiling fan, outdoor speakers, and comfortable seating.

The second floor has a spacious loft entertainment space with a sectional sofa, foosball table, large Fire TV, DVD, and a library of family-friendly DVDs and games. A 5th bedroom holds two sets of bunk beds ideal for children! And another full bathroom.
Guests may take advantage of many community amenities (for an extra fee), including an outdoor pool, billiards, fitness center, sauna, locker rooms, miles of walking paths, pickle ball, bocce ball, and basketball when pickleball is not in use.

Bedrooms:
Four of the bedrooms are on the main level and one additional bedroom is upstairs.

Bethrooms:
There are 3-1/2 baths downstairs and one full bath upstairs.

Things to know:
- Fire TV streaming services are available on all TVs.
- The pool/clubhouse (basketball/pickelball/pool/gym/pool tables) is a quick 3 minute walk
- Enjoy the outdoor shower
- Strict: No Pets Allowed on this home
- Strict: No Smoking is allowed on the premises including inside the home/porches/garage, etc.
- Grilling is prohibited at this home.
- Parking notes: Parking is available for four vehicles (two in the garage and two in the driveway).
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Linens Package Option:
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Parking
Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first.
The home has a 2-4 car driveway and a 2 car garage available for parking. In addition, there are unassigned parking spaces in the large parking lot next to the Clubhouse.

"Welcome to the Ocean View Beach Club Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Ocean View Beach Club Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Ocean View Beach Club Community. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

Covid-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

-Pool - Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day, renters (age 6 and over) must purchase renter wristbands for $38 per person per week. Acces cards are provided by the home. Discounts for longer-term renters may be available. For more info, contact the Clubhouse Committee at OVBCclubhouse@gmail.com. To purchase a wristband, stop by the clubhouse office during business hours. The clubhouse is open every day from 5 am to 10 pm. The outdoor pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm in season, from the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day.

* Strict: The lead renter must be at least 25 years of age, sleep over every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.

* Strict no loud parties or student celebrations
* You must adhere to the community / hoa rules.
* If . you don't abide by the house rules, you can be evicted from your vacation home with forfeiture of all monies paid (so please don't break the house rules).
