Recently built beautifully appointed Bethany Beach resort beach house at Ocean View Beach Club just 1+ mile to Bethany Beach!  This home is new w premium furnishings throughout.  

House has 5 Bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with an over-sized island, Stainless steel appliances, pantry and dining area, family room, perfect for entertaining beach guests, 1st floor luxurious owner's suite with private bathroom and walk in closet,  spacious loft entertainment room, convenient laundry room, a two-car garage, outdoor gas grill and so much more.  Sleep on New premium memory foam mattresses that provide the utmost in luxury and comfort. Entertainment room upstairs has a ping pong table.

Ocean View Beach Club is located only 1+ miles from the Atlantic Ocean in Bethany Beach.   Ocean View Beach Club is a resort community inspired by health & wellness with beach amenities.  Enjoy a bike or shuttle ride to the beach, or relax by the pool & clubhouse! The state-of-the-art club facilities include an 8,000-sf clubhouse w/fitness center, spa/steam rooms, yoga/classes/get togethers & more. There is also be a multitude of outdoor sport courts including pickle ball, basketball, walking trails, community areas and outdoor pool w/waterfalls. Boaters can enjoy the nearby boat launch at the Assawoman canal. 

Passes:   You don't have to purchase any recreational passes if you don't want to.  Purchase after you arrive for only those who'll be using the resort amenities.   Amenity passes are $35 per person for the 2023 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community).

Perfect house for kids

This is in a great location , 5-10 min to everything in Bethany. The community pool is huge and has a small kiddie pool. A little annoying you need to pay for passes to go but I’m assuming it’s a rule of the homeowners association and not the owners of the house. The layout of the house is perfect for kids as all but one bedroom is on the first floor. There are thoughtful things like kids plates and bowls, lots of hangers and laundry baskets in each bedroom that were nice surprises for us. The outdoor shower was great when coming back from the beach. Everything was new and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Retreat!

Great layout that offers great combination of privacy and large spaces for gathering together. Availability of umbrellas and sand chairs exceeded expectation. I feel like the wristbands/entrance to pool & club house should be included at this price point though. Great place!! point. house should ha

Excellent place for extended families

Every summer our family comes together to spend a week having fun. We come from as far away as Boston and Oregon to the local DC, VA and MD. This was the best property we ever rented. The layout was great for sleeping as there are separate areas for each group to sleep with a bathroom. The kitchen, living room and dining area are all in a big room which worked great for us. The pool is wonderful. Would highly recommend!
