The Space:

Less than 2 miles from Bethany Beach, the Ocean View Beach Club features a premiere clubhouse that perfectly depicts the neighboring shore towns. Complete with a fitness center, an indoor pool, a resort-style outdoor pool area with a sundeck, a separate kids' pool, and multipurpose sports courts, this location offers an enriching coastal living experience for residents and visitors alike. Just steps away from the luxury clubhouse, the immaculate beach, nearby hiking trails, and the bustling downtown, this townhouse stay will prove to meet every vacation expectation.



Upon arrival, you’re met with open vaulted ceilings and an elegant living room furnished with comfortable sectional seating surrounding a large entertainment center with a smart TV for movie nights after days spent at the beach. Move on to the spacious kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Planning on cooking breakfast for the whole family? Gather around the dining table for eight, as well as the spacious kitchen counter. This kitchen and dining area has everything you need to set you up for a serene, successful getaway.



When you’re ready, head up the stunning stairway leading to most of the bedrooms and the loft area. Be sure to maximize your downtime – or your time alone – in the loft space with the comforts of a couch, loveseat, and a smart TV. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a cable TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #5 includes full-over-full bunk beds.



The home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink as well as an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower tub/combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway and street parking available for 2 vehicles

• All guests 6yrs or older must purchase a wristband for $38/week/person for use of all community amenities. This fee is paid directly to the HOA on site.
