Ho soggiornato per due giorni in questo hotel. Già al check in il personale e’ per nulla professionale. Il bagno si presentava sporco con ancora cappelli di un altra cliente. I dispenser del shampoo, bagno schiuma e lavamani erano vuoti. Il secondo giorno si sono dimenticati di pulire la stanza. Unico aspetto positivo è la navetta gratuita per l’aeroporto.

Very nice and clean, with a nice bar in the lobby. shuttle costs 10€ per person, only goes to terminal 1 .. while the taxi is about 20€ .

Ottimo compromesso per una rapida puntata in fiera
Interessante soluzione durante il periodo fieristico e comunque per una rapida sosta: a due passi dall’aeroporto, comodamente raggiungibile col frequente servizio shuttle e comunque a 29 minuti di taxi dalla fiera

Giudizio negativo. Il Parcheggio si è obbligati a pagarlo e ben 22 euro al giorno. Camera priva di frigobar e fredda, nonostante dichiarato, alla reception nessuno parlava italiano.

Dear Guest. Thank you for your booking. Yes, there was nobody who spoke Italian, but we speak English, French, German and many other languages. And yes, the car park is a public car park and the owner - FRAPORT - decides the cost of it.

Per un quattro stelle mi aspettavo piú pulizia nei corridoi e nella hall. Si sentiva il rumore degli aerei nella stanza, la stanza comunque era pulita e spaziosa, mi sarei aspettato almeno una bottiglia d'acqua. Il ristorante ha qualitá da fast food.

Hotel ist sauber und die Ausstattung gut. Das Personal ist freundlich, allerdings ist der Preis ungerechtfertigt hoch und die zusätzlichen Parkkosten ein schlechter Scherz, dafür das es mit ÖPNV so unregelmäßig angebunden ist.

Der Check-In war dank Herrn Schneider ein echtes WOW-Erlebnis. Er fragte uns ob wir Einzelbetten oder ein Doppelbett bevorzugen. Wir durften wählen. Er änderte auch unser Zimmer noch einmal, als er mitbekam das wir "nur" wegen der Flugzeuge da waren. So hatten wir am Ende ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Landebahn. Vielen Dank noch einmal und bis zum nächsten mal!

Ein bisschen hellhörig und natürlich keine schöne Umgebung da Flughafen Hotel. Aber sehr sauber und sehr bemühtes Personal. Habe nur übernachtet wegen sehr frühem Anschlussflug am nächsten Tag, deswegen Frühstück nicht gebucht.

i went there late to go get a flight to the USA early the next morning. i asked for a wake-up call and the check in clerk suggested i get another wake up call 5 minutes later to be on the safe side. So very early and no wake up call! i was astonished. Luckily i had set an alarm. Making the flight was the most important thing; no help at all from your hotel!

I stay at the hotel regularly as it is very convenient for the airport. The rooms are fine but quite basic. Staff good but often queues at Reception. Dining limited and restaurant and bar only open in the evening. Shuttle is free from the airport but EUR10 to return to the airport.

Shuttle Bus (10€ pro Person) fährt alle 30min. Vom Airport weg nicht auffindbar, auch keine Info wo der stehen soll. Ab zwei Personen lohnt sich aber ein Taxi (20€). Zustand sehr alt und abgewohnt aber sauber. Eindeutig die günstigste Möglichkeit in Airport Nähe zu übernachten. Leider hört man den Fluglärm aber auch. Personal bei weitem nicht so freundlich wie in anderen Intercity Hotels.

Fast check-in and check-out process. Urgently needs an update. The whole aisle where my room was smelled funky. Carpets where not clean and you could hear everything coming from the floor upstairs. Very decent buffet for breakfast and dinner.

Very Comfortable stay
Travelled for the Ambiente Fair. Quite conveniently located. Airport trasfer was really handy. Room was comfortable and mine was located in a quiet location. Only one complaint is there was no room service. After a busy day at the fair I miised this particular thing.

Don’t stay here!!
I stayed at intercity hotel by the airport just because it seemed convenient for international travel. They charge 12 euros for shuttle service to drop you at terminal 1. You need to take another bus from across the street to get to T2. Breakfast was 23 euros and will probably eat for half the cost at the airport itself. The price they charge is over rated. There is a bus right outside of hotel which takes you to train station.( only good thing about staying there) Room was cleaned and checkin process was smooth. I paid 250 euros for a night and only stayed there for 12 hrs.. definitely not worth my money..

I wouldn’t return
Hotel with more cons than pros. Cons: - The attendants are rude (one in particular - I can tell you his name if the property is interested); - Taxi/Uber, although very close, is expensive (22 euros for a 5-minute Uber ride); - Heating in the room didn't work properly - There are no supermarkets or restaurants in the area. So if you're hungry after 10pm, you'll have to get food from a salad or wrap machine. And you'll have to pray that it's still available. At least on the day I was there, Uber Eats and Bolt weren't delivering at that time; - The key didn't work for the late check out that I had paid 60 euros for. I went back to program the key again and had to stand in line for a long time; - a towel was apparently stained with blood. Pros: - Excellent breakfast (but very expensive); - Close to the airport (but for the price of the taxi/Uber/Bolt it's like it's far away). Many of the cons would have been less annoying if the staff had been cordial and attentive, as I've generally seen in hotels like this around the world. A pity.
