“I book here a lot, the rooms are always clean .”

“Front desk was not very personable. Room was okay, wrapper on the floor, smudges on the mirror and shower leaked everywhere. Expected better for the money.”

“The bedding was stained with what looked like fecal matter. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, the toilet seat was loose and the shower drain was clogged. Also, a bunch of unsupervised teens running around, in and out. Wasted my money”

“The breakfast served in the morning was good. Great water pressure in the showers. Hot water comes on fast. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and kept the room very cool for us. It is an older hotel which needs to be updated a bit but overall, we had a great stay.”

“The room was very nice, however, the toilet was really low. They need a hand rail for it. Also, there is no lock on the bathroom door. It's a sliding glass door. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.”

“We loved this hotel and wished we would have been able to stay for more than one night. Very nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows! Quick service and decent breakfast. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. The hotel itself was very quiet as well and staff were great.”

“The room was clean. There was an odor...all fine. The biggest drawback, I think the rooms are not very insulated...one of our neighbors (perhaps the floor below) had their TV on all night We could not sleep. They turned the TV off at about 5a and then had a very loud conversation. Just a bummer.”

“Pool was closed during our stay which was disappointing. Room was a good size and clean. However staff at front desk were a rude, barely acknowledging us. When checking in the girl had a full take out meal and was actively eating as we at the front desk. I found that a bit in appropriate for a hospitality worker. Not a great first impression.”

“Sono stato nello stesso hotel 4 o 5 anni fa e lo avevo scelto tra le molte offerte di Booking. Ma lo ho trovato trasandato e sporco. Nel mio corridoio ho trovato uno scarafaggio lungo come un pollice e questo in un albergo a 4 stelle non credo sia accettabile”

“Struttura decadente, ascensore rotto, manutenzione scadente, posto rumoroso, colazione pessima, personale apatico … non saprei immaginare qualcosa di peggio.”

“Great place and happen to be there during the 100th anniversary of Pontiac, which is cool. I have to say their breakfast, even though it was a standard buffet, was super high-quality. I usually skip the breakfast buffet, but this place was worth it. Not only that there’s a great Mexican restaurant walking distance from it.”
