“Pool and hot tub very dirty would’ve been great but water was just to dirty. Very loud guests couldn’t sleep so much noise in hallways during the night. Breakfast was great. Rooms were set up beautifully and they were clean. ”

“Clean rooms but breakfast was not included after I paid extra through Expedia. ”

“The breakfast was lack luster. I can’t say the food was at least warm. The elevator seems to be magically out of order every time I stay there. Guests smoke a lot of marijuana. So if you like cold food, walking up and down stairs and the smell of pot. This place is for you.”

“The room was nice, bed was comfortable and it was very clean, but the biggest problem was the entire hotel smelled like weed. The bar and restaurant was closed the entire time we stayed there, which was on the weekend. Wouldn’t stay there again just based on the smell. Pretty off putting that they allow that. ”

“No cleaning service during the stay. Bathroom paint job was pretty bad considering the recent renovation. Maybe the repair was incomplete? There is an energy saving power shutoff system that dropped the temperature at night. I suggest they put an information card or sign up to explain how it worked because we were just guessing.”

“Beautiful facility. I celebrated my birthday in the Jefferson Ballroom with family and friends. I was satisfied with my hotel room; however, there was a fire drill at 3AM and we had to evacuate. We had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor to find out it was a false alarm. We had a hard time falling back asleep and then it was time to fall asleep. We did not really get to enjoy our overnight stay. It was a waste of $$$. However, the Radissson Southfield is a nice Hotel.”

“Sono stato nello stesso hotel 4 o 5 anni fa e lo avevo scelto tra le molte offerte di Booking. Ma lo ho trovato trasandato e sporco. Nel mio corridoio ho trovato uno scarafaggio lungo come un pollice e questo in un albergo a 4 stelle non credo sia accettabile”
