“My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We flew in town for a wedding. The rooms was dirty when we walked in. We asked several times for the room to be cleaned. We put our room number in a list to have the room cleaned. Never did the guy sweep the floor or change towels or linen. We travel a lot! I will never stay at a Tru by Hilton again. We are done!!!!”

“The property is gorgeous & well maintained. If you’ve never been to the grounds it is hard to find restaurants due to lack of signage. I would definitely go back in hopes of getting a room with a patio.”

“I normally don’t left reviews but this hotel was so bad I though I should warn all future people thinking about staying here. Day 1 the toilet paper hold fell off when I reached for some toilet paper. Still day 1 there wasn’t an iron in the room I called guest service number and after having to again I was brought an ironing board with the layer of fabric you iron on didn’t fit the board, no way to use it. Day 2 I shower in the handicap shower, well the shower curtain was 6 inches off the floor...

“Shower extremely small. Paint peeling/ ceiling looked terrible. Floors throughout very gross. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty floor around bed. Elevators sketchy. Need more vending options. Add ice cream to vending.”
