“I was on a business trip at the Red Roof in Livonia and the staff was great great big smile on her face when I walked in taking care of business as a fire alarm was going off making sure my room was great no strings attached.
I did not get her name, but the staff here is great. The room was good thank you and kudos for the shower chair!!!!!!! In my ROOM”

“They were roaches all in my room soon as I cut the light on. They were crawling out of the microwave and also the dishwasher my girl panicked as soon as she seen it. The staff are wishy-washy sometimes I guess depending their mood they knock extremely early and very hard in the morning and sometimes even catch a attitude when you say something about it like damn I thought checkout was at 11-12 why are you banging at 8-9? Please I do not recommend this hotel at all it’s cheap kinda if you wanna...
