“When I checked in, the young front desk guy was fantastic- sorry didn't catch his name but I did say something to the manager so hopefully he got a pat on the back, great stay!”

“The listing was deluxe king suite with a bedroom, kitchen and dining area that slept 5. I walked Into one room, one bed and a giant hot tub in the middle of the room. Not the listing i booked At all. Whole hotel smells like weed. People live in the hotel so there’s belongings and people standing and being all around the building all night long. The fire department was called due to someone smoking in their room. Overall i dont Think I’d book here again.”

“Comfort Suites needs to update this hotel. It seemed old and not clean. The pool was too cold for swimming. The laundry room was dirty. Our room was fine, but the tub/shower looked old and unappealing. We didn't use it. The staff was nice.”

“Safe and clean. We stayed for about six weeks. I’d say the only issue is we put in a maintenance request twice and was never helped. Ac wasn’t working properly and the fridge was going out. Made loud humming noises and leaked water.”

“Model of Detroit. A once beautiful place that has seen better days. Jacuzzi in every room but mine was broken. But still a big tub. Marble tiles but healing paint. Price was good”

“The room was terribly dirty and kind of run down. The staff were very nice so that made up for downfalls. I am disappointed because I thought highly before I arrived to the room.”

“Overall everything horrible, When I first checked in they gave me a room they knew had problems with like smell and ran through, I even bought candles and air fresheners trying tk remove the smell and it still didnt work I had to switch rooms, the top of freezer had dead bugs on it and the inside had a dead bug too”
