“The floor was dirty in the bathroom and sleeping area. There was a sign in the elevator that ALL GUESTS needed to take their trash out to the dumpster…I didn’t notice it until the night before we checked out. The desk was already closed and not opened when we left. I would have definitely discussed that. ”

“I only gave it 1 star because none wasn’t an option. We booked two rooms for our family and they were on completely opposite sides of the motel with one upstairs and the other downstairs. The stairs were not shoveled, there was ice on each one and was very unsafe. Men dressed in all black hanging around outside. The first room was ok besides the carpet was disgusting. The second room smelt like smoke, blood on the toilet set and ROACHES everywhere. The front desk was extremely rude and told me...

“We had to wait for the front desk worker to return to the desk to check us in. Our room had a bad smell to it. Possibly smoking permitted at some time? The breakfast was seriously lacking with very limited choices and nothing with flavor. ”

“The staff were incredible, very respectful and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no hot water to be had for the shower even though the faucet was indeed turned to ‘H’. Overall, bed was comfortable, and it was an okay place to spend a night or two for the price.”
