“Waiting area was extremely hot when we walked in. Got there a few minutes before check in but was told we had to wait. During this 15 minutes a whole crowd accumulated in the lobby. Snacks are in bags at the front desk for hilton honors members, which I am, but still didn't receive a bag. Floors are dirty. Pull out bed has yellow stains all over it. “My family and I experienced a sleepless night during our stay Saturday July 11, 2026, as a result of the lack of adequate bed space. Although we needed 1 Room for 5 Guests, ages 8 and up, the Marriott Select a Room screen offers a room with bedspace only 4 guests. I reserved the room believing that a rollaway bed would be provided along with 2 queen beds. This proved not true. I asked the Asst manager for another room or for a rollaway bed and she insisted there was nothing she could do to...

“The room we stayed in was ok condition, but the bathroom was in poor repair. The bathroom door wouldn't lock from the inside, the toilet flush had to be manually lifted or the toilet "ran" continuously, and there was some strange water damage above the shower that appeared that the housekeeper had tried to fix with some kind of paper towel that was stuck to the ceiling.
