“It was hair all over the floor when I entered my room it was very cold the heat was not properly working the dishes was dirty just a overall bad experience ”

“Parking was okay. Trash and cigarette butts left in room plus bugs everywhere. Would never stay here again”

“Stayed while in town for a wedding weekend. Loved the gorgeous hotel and grounds, attentive, friendly, front desk staff, and well-appointed quiet room. Would definitely return when I have more time to explore outdoors in warmer weather.”

“We had to wait for the front desk worker to return to the desk to check us in. Our room had a bad smell to it. Possibly smoking permitted at some time? The breakfast was seriously lacking with very limited choices and nothing with flavor. ”

“Room wasnt super clean and smelled like cigarette smoke. Everything else was very nice. Nice pool, good breakfast, amazing staff. ”

“There was a main water leak in the city which caused a lot of issues. We had to run and get cases of water to flush the toilet. We didn’t take a shower for 2 days. It was easier to stay than to fight the thousands of people trying to find other accommodations. Not their fault but still a problem. ”

“I was surprised. I didn’t expect the quality and size for the price. It’s perfectly located right next to the expressway. It had the amenity’s of a suite. The showers was huge and the kitchenette was unexpected. They provided security in the parking lot and the lobby after hours. Indoor pool and a gym. I will stay here again and again. ”

“Clean rooms, friendly staff. the security after a certain time you have to use your room key or use the phone to call the guess to let you in.”
