There is a Safeway and restaurants within a mile of the condo.
Walk down a nearby footpath for 500 yards and you're on the Fraser River Trail, which is a 26 mile hiking trail that go into Winter Park and also to Granby. You'll love hiking this trail and the surrounding area. There's truly a lot to do around!

This condo is on the 2nd (top) floor of the building, with its own private entrance.



Sunlight filters through the windows as you breathe in the crisp alpine air and gaze toward Byers Peak. You might start your day on the balcony with coffee in hand, the quiet hum of the mountains setting the tone. After an afternoon of hiking or skiing, return to the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, the scent of pine and sound of crackling logs wrapping you in calm.

The space
This townhouse accommodates up to seven guests across two restful bedrooms and an inviting living area. The main bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bunk, while a futon in the living room offers flexible sleeping space. A second full bathroom provides a tub-shower combo, and both baths are stocked with bathroom essentials.

Living & relaxation
The open living area invites you to unwind after a day outdoors. A stone hearth anchors the space beside comfortable seating and a TV with premium cable. Board games and books are available for relaxed evenings, and large windows fill the room with natural light. Portable fans and heating ensure comfort year-round.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Essential cookware, dining ware, and a coffee maker make it easy to enjoy meals together at the dining table.

Outdoor living
Step onto the balcony to take in the mountain view or enjoy a quiet moment in the shared outdoor space with seating and dining areas.

The Fraser River Trail sits just 500 yards away, offering scenic hiking and biking paths that lead toward Winter Park and Granby. Safeway and nearby restaurants are within a mile, and “The Lift,” a free shuttle to the Winter Park ski area, stops close by.

Was much more outdated then listing implies. Carpet was dirty, door was sticky, no real blinds, broken fridge that leaked, tv that we couldn’t get to work, broken lamp shade with sharp edges, and listening to roofers take off and put on a new roof with no notice from the host. Highlight was the pool and recreation facilities!
