Welcome to Lodge 212! This brand new mountain retreat blends designer luxury w/ family-friendly comfort. Spacious rooms and endless amenities create the perfect home base for your group. Head to the loft to challenge others to a game of pool while streaming your favorite team, then step outside to soak in the hot tub, toast marshmallows, and soak up the sweeping mountain views. BEDROOMS
This isn’t just a townhome—it’s a three-story haven for families, friends, and groups. Spread across 4 bedrooms on multiple levels, everyone enjoys their own space while staying connected, making it the perfect mix of privacy and togetherness.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood just minutes from Downtown Fraser and Winter Park. A grocery store and plenty of restaurants are close by, making it easy to stock up or enjoy a night out.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.

✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
✔️No Pets Allowed
✔️We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!
✔️ If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.

10 minute drive to ski area, 5 minutes to the grocery store, 5 minutes to the Rec Center. Excellent location. Townhouse is brand new-everything works, beds are comfortable, plenty of kitchen supplies.
