Welcome to our cabin at 1585 Moose Run!
Savor a tranquil escape enhanced by stunning views of the night sky filled with countless stars and the surrounding forest. This welcoming cabin can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests (including pets!) and is located on a generous plot of land, just a 15-minute drive from downtown Winter Park.
The cabin is designed with a main entrance door that opens to a staircase leading up to an open floor plan. This space is enhanced by numerous south-facing windows, allowing ample sunlight to fill the area, which is further accentuated by vaulted ceilings. It is important to note that the unit does not include a fireplace.
The cabin boasts a spacious open layout that seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, facilitating social interactions and collaborative meal preparation among guests. The entire space features hardwood flooring, complemented by comfortable sofas arranged around a flat-screen smart television. Furthermore, there is access to a private deck, which provides an excellent vantage point to enjoy the tranquil wooded surroundings and views of the mountains.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential amenities for easy meal preparation, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and wooden cabinetry. Dining arrangements are available at the breakfast bar and a cozy nook.
The cabin comprises two bedrooms; the primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a Captain’s bunk, which includes a twin bed on the upper level and a double bed on the lower level. Additionally, there is one full bathroom that showcases a custom vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.
Guests can conveniently access a range of outdoor adventures and activities from the cabin, such as hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing on over 70 acres of private land.
It is advisable to use a vehicle with All-Wheel Drive or equipped with snow tires for accessing this home during periods of heavy snowfall. Guests must have their own transportation as the cabin is not on any public transportation.

Unit amenities include Pet Friendly, complimentary Wi-Fi, a private deck, vaulted ceilings in the living room and both bedrooms, streaming service only for television. Fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. The cabin is located on the second floor but has a ground floor entrance.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
