I stay in a lot of hotels but this was the worst experience I’ve had. The staff was good the location was good but the noise was unreasonable. It may have been isolated to my area but I doubt it.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Cypress Lodge! It was such a unique and memorable experience for our family and so much more than just a hotel stay. The kids loved the interactive scavenger hunt that encouraged them to explore, learn about the history of the Pyramid, and engage with the property in such a fun way. “Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!”

“Asked for a non smoking room - walked into a room with cigarette odor. Changed rooms, only slightly better. Wi-fi / cable were adequate at best. Breakfast was poorly done with thawed out eggo waffles to be toasted, bland gravy for the biscuits, and really; sunny D for orange juice? Toilet overflowed. I had already plunged the toilet. Told front desk and still had to wait 1 1/2 hours to have someone come to check it out. Then all he did was plunge it again. He didn't wipe up the water that...
