Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to Eden's Gate and 1 parking spot on premises. More street parking is available for free nearby. Some closet spaces are closed.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.

- Fireplace for use only with candles.

- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife.

- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.



HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
