Welcome to Coco Casita! A rustic farmhouse with luxury flair describes this cozy casita in a peaceful and quiet Hill Country setting. Historic Main street, with unique shops, wine tasting, and superb dining, is a short four-mile drive from Coco Casita. The studio layout is perfect for a romantic getaway. Enjoy soaking in the hot-tub under the stars while sipping your favorite wine. Coco casita offers both a luxury retreat with a convenient location close to all charming Fredericksburg offers.

A dreamy king-size bed with luxury linen provides a restful night's sleep so that you will be ready for a day on the town. You will find a spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom with a rainfall showerhead and beautifully tiled walls and floor.

A convenient coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge is perfect for storing and heating leftovers brought home for a midnight snack. As gorgeous and cozy as the inside is, your favorite spot may be the fenced courtyard with a hot tub; imagine the perfect evening of stargazing while sipping a glass of wine around the fire pit.

This property's unique benefit is its peaceful hill country location, but please note that Wi-Fi may be spotty. However, guests can still enjoy the Dish Network premium package for a great TV viewing experience.

Hermes Ranch House, a three-bedroom/two-bath house, sits right next door and will accommodate up to six guests, rent both for a group of up to eight.
*Please note this unit does share a driveway with Hermes Ranch House which is located on the same property.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. Nice little place

Overall the stay was nice but the A/c will not keep the house cool it was 85 outside and we were sweating trying to sleep.

What a disappointment

My wife's birthday weekend getaway. We booked this place mostly for the Hot Tub and it was nasty. Hot Tub had not been serviced, water was green. Heat not working and it was 18 degrees. No internet. No satellite TV. Live Scorpion on floor. Cozy vacation did not offer to move us to another location. HORRIBLE!!!

Cozy home away from home

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary. The location is great! Very close to town, but with a view: the hills, the cows across the road, the deer in the back, and the sunset. Plenty of room for the two of us, fridge stays VERY COLD(unlike those hotel mini fridges), very cozy, love all the decor, cute and rustic. Previous review mentions you are close to a highway road, but there is a fan provided, and we use white noise anyways, so it was perfect and couldn't hear anything. All nights were fairly cold, but one night was warmer, and although the AC says and stays at 70, it felt warmer, but the provided fan helped distribute the cool air throughout the room. Wasn't unbearable or too uncomfortable. Hot tub was nice, especially on the cold nights. We had a great getaway!

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our time at the Coco Casita. Hot tub worked great and we had enough space for our needs. Bed was very comfortable and the neighbors were quiet (as were we). A few things to keep in mind: 1. You're right off of Highway 16 with a speed limit of 70 MPH. If you're a light sleeper, bring a sound machine because the cars driving by at night are louder than expected. 2. We tried communicating with the host asking for troubleshooting help with the remote to the AC and they kept suggesting we unplug the TV to reset the remote. Which we obviously weren't asking about the TV remote. The AC never came down and just blew air. Luckily it cooled down a bit at night. We found a box fan in the closet the second night and slept much better. 3. There isn't a kitchen sink, just a bathroom sink. So, if you're planning to bring food or anything just note you'll be dumping liquids down the bathroom sink drain. All that said, we still enjoyed our stay.
