A nice spot for a great weekend exploring the Fredericksburg area. The hosts were very accommodating as we very much enjoyed our stay.

The inside of the house was great. Plenty of towels provided by owners. The communication with owner was great. We enjoyed the location of this property. We had deer walk through the yard almost every morning. The only downside was the yard was a mess with ( what appeared as old stuff ). But that would not be enough to keep us from staying here again. We really enjoyed it.

We were a family of 5 adults staying there from Miami for a graduation. The house is nestled off a beautiful tree lined road. The house was very clean. The beds and pillows were amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, silverware, dishes and cups. If you want to cook.The host responded almost immediately to any questions I had. All went well, we would recommend and stay again if we are in the area .Thanks, we had a great time!Also wanted to add, this area is rich with history from the Civil War. Also, we would recommend visiting the “1781 Brewing Co.” it is a brewery and winery on a farm. Very nice relaxing way to end your day.

Beautiful off the road cottage

This property was clean, net, and easy to find. Owner was always available and quick to respond. It was definitely a pleasure to stay at this residence.

Property was everything it said it was. The check-in and check-out went smooth and the space was furnished in a way that made use feel like home.

Relaxing stay

Wonderful, clean rental for a girls weekend. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, comfortable den for the watching TV/movies, and conversation with friends. The manager is very responsive from booking through the duration of your stay. Quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg.
