“A great little budget-friendly find! The free breakfast has lots of options and good hot, freshly prepared food. The pool is beautifully landscaped and tucked into a nice private corner of the property. The rooms are spacious and the new LVP makes it feel very clean and hygienic. My three kids (20, 18, 16) and I had a surprisingly great stay for a surprisingly good price.”

“The owners and staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room lacked cleanliness especially in the bathroom and I had multiple problems with the AC unit. I had to bring my own fan in to cool the room down Great price for what you get, but housekeeping should definitely improve. ”

“I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to as I feel it is the best value property in the Fredericksburg area. I have never had a horrible experience here, the service, cleanliness, and condition of the rooms are always a good value for what's paid. If I can be picky, the mattress is on the firm side, but the room is always clean, all of the lights work properly and well, and usually the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Will continue to stay here when I'm in the area. ”
