“We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The property was larger and prettier than we realized. We enjoyed exploring the property (and felt safe doing so). We were thrilled to meet some very social cats walking around the grounds, and all of the people we encountered were very friendly as well. The area was somewhat tucked away, so the evenings were perfect for stargazing as there wasn't much light pollution. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This place was adorable. Just like the photos. Bed comfortable and full size was fine for me and my husband. Check in was a breeze. Clear instructions for check in and out. Well stocked. We could hear footsteps and the toilet flush upstairs but no big deal. Nothing I can think of to change. We hope to come back!”

“Great location for a weekend getaway in Charlottesville. Beautiful and comfortable house. We knew in advance the train rolls by a couple times a day so was not surprised. It was fine for us but definitely rattles the house. A few things would put it over the top. More than 4 hangers for the whole house. Hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Couple sharp knives. Overall a very try nice stay and recommend it.”

“Very close to all things Charlottesville. Right next to Monticello ,Mitchie Tavern and hiking trails. Also Jefferson Winery and Bold Rock/Carter Mountain Orchard. Just a very short drive to downtown. It is very quiet and peaceful spot. Very clean and updated. Owner was very inviting and easy to contact.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Massanutten Resort. The resort offers many amenities and activities however everything must be purchased separately. I wish they offered an all inclusive option for families. The prices are high, but I guess that's as expected for a four seasons resort. The indoor waterpark was awesome!
