“Everything is clean and pleasant and the staff is always very nice. We stay at the English Inn every time we are in Charlottesville, which averages once a month. Very nice breakfast as well, and a nice treat of tea and cookies in the afternoon.”

“motel clerk was very accomodating, Asad. wife injured her foot and had difficulty walking so he gave us a first floor handicap room. huge bathroom with back lit mirror. liked the shampoo/conditioner. Two big mirrors, one in room and bathroom, aside from bathroom sink mirror. Nice to have microwave and refrig. Heated food we brought with us was very convenient after long day of driving. “Front desk was courteous and quick. No issues. Room looks great. No issues Bartender was not personable. He was grouchy and couldn’t crack a smile. He looks miserable and shouldn’t be working with customers. ”
