Hotel vicino a Freeman Park - Omaha

“Very friendly and attentive!”

“There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country”

“I had an Expedia reservation for $63, the clerk jerk promptly increased it to $68 by hand.I asked for the manager or owner, not available. Rude obnoxious and disgusting. For $5 they lost about 15 additional stays, which I warned him would be the result of stealing the additional $5. Owner had prior times been a gentleman but I will pay more other places for an honest front desk. Black mold by air conditioner. Very dangerous to weak lungs.”

“The bathroom looked like it was going through a remodel and was not finished. The smoke detector was in a drawer. It was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in 😟”

“Room was clean. A/C worked well and was quiet. Water was hot. Breakfast was OK. Staff was excellent.”

“The place smelled like mold, there were roaches, we didn't feel comfortable bringing anything into the hotel. Left at 9pm before even using the room that long because I felt a mouse scurry over my leg. Don't stay here.”

“Eh first room i booked didnt have a door on the restroom so had to change it out. Afterwards the microwave didnt work at first so had to ask for another thay took awhile to receive. One of the beds didnt come with pillows. Lastly the room was never cleaned the whole week I was there.”

“If you’re a normal human being, don’t go there! I’m not saying if you’re a clean person, just normal! The whole inside of the building is stinking with thick cigarette smell and in the units everywhere is dirty. There were some visible dust, debris and dead roaches on the floor and it seems their cleaning standards is set at their Indian workers’ standards. Horrible!!!!”

“Personale scortese. Nella stanza 2 lampade rotte su quattro e non c'era il microonde. La colazione inclusa è una presa in giro, delle fette di pane e della marmellata nelle piccole vaschette. Poca manutenzione della struttura. ”

“Clean room”

“Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there.”
