“First when I went up to the hotel desk there wasn’t anybody at the desk. After a few minutes I realized that a computer screen had a person on it and he was talking to us. We could barely understand what he was saying. We started watching the bottom of the screen! We then found out they didn’t have an elevator and there was”

“As good as can be expected. The Pool Club occupancy needs to be limited. It was standing room only in and around the pool. Hotel guests don’t stand a chance. We reserved lounged chairs but still .. trash cans were overflowing. Staff gave it there all but it was a no win situation for them. I stood in line at the bar for a drink and gave up after 30 min. The interior restaurant and bar were very nice. Breakfast was good … slow service however. Room was clean and nicely appointed.”
