“Gym was out of Service. Staff was Just Okay. They were sitting behind the counter on their Phone.”

“Small rooms but was clean and comfortable.”

“We especially thought the staff was great. The maintenance man went out of his way to help. What we didn't like was being placed by a family with two large dogs that howled and barked for a good part of the evening. The walls seemed very thin and we could hear everything. The drapes let in a lot of light at the top so the room was quite light at night. and the bathroom fixtures were starting to rust and the toilet lid was lose until the maintenance man came and fixed it. “We had a great stay. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The breakfast had a basic but plentiful menu which made it easy to get our kids to eat what was served. This property also had a Casey’s, McDonald’s and a Burger King within walking distance and other restaurants and a Walmart within a short drives distance as well. If we ever need to stay in Bellevue again we know a great place to stay! ”

“The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, the reception area was a mess and not welcoming. The hotel rooms were being renovated and the crew tried walking into our room twice not knowing it was occupied. When I asked for “do not disturb” door signs, they stated they didn’t have any and ended up marking our door with an X with blue painters tape. Questionable man hanging out in the parking lot by our car. The room however was clean and the beds were comfortable.”

“Breakfast was really great. Lots of options and well stocked. And I am picky!!!! Clean rooms and friendly staff. Weekly rate is great. Weekend rates are a little more spendy. That could be better. But all the hotels in this area are the same ”

“This hotel is conveniently located off the free way and a short drive to downtown Omaha. One morning we drive to the riverside park and walking path in Omaha for a lovely morning walk. ”

“Everything was great check in was quick. The young blonde guy at check in was very nice I didn’t catch his name. We had only a few issues our bathroom light and outlets weren’t working but front desk got it fixed. The pillows had absolutely no support my neck hurt the next morning and a couple of the towels had hair on them. ”

“Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Location is fantastic. Breakfast had a nice variety of different stuff. The only complaint I had about breakfast is that majority of the U.S. is not eating turkey sausage so stick to pork. While I don’t mind turkey sausage, others do including children. The bad… Pool was very very cold. Our toddlers wanted out after 5 minutes being in… it wasn’t heated like an indoor pool should be. Very strong smell of chlorine as well that made it difficult to stay...

“The hot tub hours were great and the hot tub was actually hot.”

“Hot tub wasn’t working, pool ran out of towels, I called the front Desk to bring a couple extra towels, they showed up with two pillows without pillowcases. Avg hotel ”

“Nice hotel with cool vibe. Didn’t see anything on parking and that was a bit frustrating since apparently onsite was booked and had to go find a parking garage. Not the end of the world but would have been helpful to know up front.”

“I’ve enjoyed previous stays here, however, I was placed in a ground floor unit that had a serious ant infestation. Would avoid booking until pest control can be completed.”
