“What do you mean by Good View? Is it to see tall buildings from your windows? There is no Drop off bay in front of the Hotel, something the Hotel can request from the Auckland City Council. Don't fool your hirers on the website. If the Hotel advises a particular room, then legitimate and correct photos should be attached to the deal, not a photo of another upgrade room.

“Staff were not very friendly and only did the minimum. Room was dated and needs some basic upgrades like a new door on the shower to prevent water going all over the bathroom. Neighborhood is in transition, very noisy outside late into the night most nights. Convient for travellers, good price if you need a place near the CBD with no frills.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars from us!
We stayed at the Cordis for three nights while I attended Auckland University. The room rate was very reasonable, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Pinnacle Tower with Club Lounge access. Wow, now I know how the other half live! How am I supposed to go back to a standard room now?
The staff were warm, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Our executive suite was modern, spotless, and well-appointed, with luxurious bathroom amenities, blackout...
