“L'hotel tipicamente english (sia all'esterno che all'interno, sito in una bella cittadina, pecca di un po' di pulizia e di personale per niente disponibile e molto poco accogliente quasi altezzoso. In particolar modo quando il cliente non sa parlare benissimo in lingua inglese sembra quasi non capire. Il buffet delle colazioni scarso per i prodotti offerti e quel poco esposto senza scelta (es gli yogurt solo alla fragola). Tuttavia è possibile scegliere da menù una colazione tipicamente inglese...

“No private parking just on street free parking to front if you are lucky to get it if not close by to a public car park. Lovely quiet warm room with comfy bed. Lovely to get the breakfast bit's in with the room Didnt use Tassimo coffee maker as wasnt very clean so told staff, very squeaky floorboards !!! ”

“Good car parking space, comfortable bed, could maybe do with modernising but overall not a bad stay. 1 downside was there was a bit of noice as it’s just off the A12 and the doors rattled.”

“Room was nice but in need of update, bed base was ripped and cushions were stale and in need of a wash. It was good to have a fully stocked fridge Bathroom was lovely and a good size. Breakfast was good but disappointing to have to pay for fresh coffee. The coffee in the table flasks was not the best. Overall hotel is nice and I have stayed here many times but could do with a few tweaks here and there.”

“If the mattress was good I would have given a full 10, but unfortunately it was severely dipped, The room however was very nice with quality touches.”

“Nice staff. But walls peeling in bathroom, door entry into room has huge gap underneath so you can hear everything in and out of the room. Flies buzzing around, bins being emptied at 8am next to our room. Mould in bathroom”

“We stayed in this property for 5 days (December 11 to 16). On checking out, we asked for the total fee for our parking our vehicle for the 5 nights. We were told it costs £8 a night and to pay using the machine at the gate. We did. We paid £40 for the 5 nights. We got home, and received a £60 "fine" for parking at this hotel, even though we paid, we have the receipt and it shows in our credit card. We got another £60 admin fee charged by our car rental company to our card for this same...
