Spend time together on the two-story deck with a daybed, 6-person hot tub, and plenty of patio furniture. Whether you’re lounging on the deck, gathered around the fire pit, or fishing from the large dock, everyone can enjoy each other’s company while taking in beautiful lake views. Patio seating wraps around two sides of the house, so you can relax in sun or shade all day long.

It’s the best of both worlds here — you can kayak through the peaceful channel, spotting turtles along the way, and still be out on Lake James in just minutes! Enjoy 3 kayaks, a canoe, and a private dock for easy water access. The detached party zone features a large smart TV and games for even more family fun.

We’ve stocked the house with everything you need for an easy, relaxing stay — baby gear, dog kennels, fishing gear, firewood, and a big grill with both gas and charcoal provided. A beach wagon makes trips to the sand a breeze, and we even have insulated water bottles and koozies to keep your drinks cool on the boat or dock. The kitchen is fully equipped with large pots, slow cookers, and plenty of dishes for family meals.

Sleeps 14 with 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom (each with an XL twin pullout), plus a loft with a queen sofa bed and 3 XL twin pullout chairs. Includes 3 full baths and all the comforts of home. Just 7 minutes to the sandy beach and 1 mile to Four Corners for great food, a food truck, and the famous Tom’s Donuts. You’re also close to Pokagon State Park.

All you need to bring are your clothes and groceries — everything else is ready for your family’s lake adventure! * Please note our property is not handicap accessible. There are 12 steps from the street to the property.

Also we are on a shallow canal (3 to 5feet deep) with a tight corner for boats longer than 24 foot.

Due to week long rentals in the summer it may be necessary for us to have the lawn mowed and the hot tub cleaned during your stay. Our goal is to do these services in between stays but it can not be guaranteed.
