Bathroom floor was so sticky and shoe marks all over it and the shower floor was gritty ”

“The room was quiet and comfortable. Nice firm mattress. Hot tub was clean and hot, but the wall control panel is on the verge of giving out. I hope management will fix it BEFORE it stops working altogether. Staff was caring and helpful. I would like to see house keeping focus on details a little closer. Tops of hanging lights in the lobby are dirty and visible from second floor when waiting for the elevator. Corners and edges of the elevator floor had build up debris. Entry door to the pool...

“My husband and I needed somewhere to stay while we looked for an apartment, as we were new to the area. The entire hotel was clean and they had free breakfast which was nice. We had booked the King Suite; even thought it came with a little stove, we utilized the normal size fridge and microwave. Excellent place to stay!”
