“nothing to do in casino, pool is very small, no food to eat until 5pm Dealers are not friendly .”

“La habitación apestaba a cigarrillo, las sábanas sucias, el cuarto habia basura, al mover las sábanas habían cabello y sábanas manchadas, en la tes edición la chica fue super ofensiva, nisiquiera quisimos quedarnos ,como iba ha acostar a mi hija de 3 años en esa cama, la peor experiencia del mundo. No reserves aqui, es lo peor”

“l'albergo è grande, pulito e con tutte le comodità-il personale disponibile. unica pecca la impossibilità di alzare la temperatura della camera (veramente troppo freddo abbiamo dovuto chiedere anche delle coperte per la notte dopo) ed il parcheggio che non è riservato ai clienti”

“The room was clean but the tv did work and there was no shampoo or body wash that's what it's very noisy , really didn't get much sleep”

“Restaurant very awful. Food took all day. When I ordered ribeye they came back and said they was out of steaks. They staff ate them all for lunch on their break. So I ordered country fried steak and mash potatoes. Potatoes was hard and not mashed but bitter to eat. Country fried steak was burnt and crumbled with I tried to cut it. Awful place to gamble. Do not do it”

“Clean enough to pass muster. Elevator was malfunctioning for 2nd and 3rd floors, so a lot of stairs were taken, given we were 3rd floor. Traveling with support dog-- never an issue before for ESA animal, but was not allowed free this time. They stated they are following ADA guidelines. So, working dogs allowed, but not ESA dog. Disappointed.”

“Food was ok, nothing speacial- room was cold and clean. Property looked old but convenient. Would stay again. Better casinos nearby but way more expensive”

“Construction is being done, material could have been more organized. The floor where my room was smelled like mildew (very strong odor). I asked the front desk staff and was told one of the rooms flooded with the rain like that's normal. Last the room wasn't clean, had hair all over the bath tub wall. Room did not smell clean. Breakfast was horrible. Never staying at another Best Western.”

“The front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast options was great. Although the people that stayed in the room overnight told me when i got back that they kept smelling cigarette smell coming thru the airconditioner. Which i think it came from ppl smoking outside. But it was a bit overwhelming for them.”

“Didn’t have hot water, pool was dirty with sonic wrappers cups and paper plates leaves, had to clean the pool myself as a guest in order to swim, manager wasn’t communicating well I booked a late checkout online out was told later that the hotel didn’t do late checkout out until the day u had to check out therefore the manager was rude and was threatening to call the police on me because of a mistake on there end, breakfast was sparse wasn’t a lot of options was only able to eat egg and...

“The room had dead ants near the window and I found some alive crawling over both beds. Restroom toilet and sink were gross. Stained and had hair.”

“Room was clean. Couldn’t leave you belongings in the room without thinking someone would take yur items.”

“Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am.”

“Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.”
