The Star in Frisco (massive campus of the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters & practice facility) is 9 minutes away with tons of amazing shopping & and exciting places.

This comfortable apartment is 20 minutes from DFW airport, 30minutes from Love field airport and about 30 minutes from downtown Dallas. You will experience comfort through out your stay.

Owner canceled 2 hours before our check in

I rented this unit for the dates of April 5-8. I paid in full and entered into a binding contract. Additionally, I wrote the owner more than once about the check in process. At no time did the owner write back that the unit might not be available on our dates. Two hours before our check in on April 5, the owner cancelled the reservation claiming that the "property is unavailable." This is what I believe really happened: the owner rented the property at a higher price to another party who, like us, traveled to see the total solar eclipse on April 8 in Dallas. The owner committed fraud. There is no place for this in the VRBO market place. We appreciate the refund from VRBO but it should be noted that last minute accommodations cost us double the refunded amount.

Litte elm hosting

Great place to stay hands down. Very quiet area mins away from everything. An Charles was awesome he give all the info we need for the place an he was very quick to respond. I will definitely stay here again

Very nice apartment

My husband and I needed a place to stay while we visited family in Little Elm. We were pleased with the location of this property, easy access to Little Elm, The Colony, Frisco, and a short distance from Sam Rayburn Expressway and the Dallas North Tollway. Of course the area has grocery stores , Walmart, gas stations, and any kind of food you could ever want! The apartment itself was clean, quiet , and felt abundantly safe. We never once had any concern for our car. The community is gated and anyone we happened to encounter was friendly. Communication between us Charles was always prompt. We had a lovely visit and we slept comfortably every night. We would stay here again.
