This spacious two-bedroom condo is centrally located, with easy access to all Summit County has to offer. Just a short walk to Lake Dillon and a short drive to one of 7 world-class ski areas, our condo is the perfect base for your Rocky Mountain adventure. After a long day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, or fishing, relax on your private balcony or spend a cozy evening by the gas fireplace.
Don't forget to enjoy the community hot tubs after playing in powder all day!

Our condo sleeps six comfortably. It's bright and sunny, cozy, clean, and updated. The living room is furnished with a comfy couch and two chairs - just the perfect space for reading, watching tv, or playing games by the gas fireplace. I hope you will enjoy the vaulted ceiling as much as we do. Relax outside on the sunny deck. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining area with seating for six. You'll have everything you need to cook delicious meals for your family and friends.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and its own tv (connected to Roku), a private balcony, and a large bathroom with his and her sinks and a marble shower.
The guest bedroom has a solid wood custom queen over queen bunk bed. It fits nicely under the vaulted ceiling. The guest bathroom with shower/tub combo is located in the hallway.
Frisco Main Street is just a short drive away, you should take advantage of the cute shops, cafes and restaurant. Visit Frisco Historic Park and Museum and the Marina as well.

Keystone Resort (stazione sciistica) e Copper Mountain Ski Resort sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, il non plus ultra è Main Street. Nicely updated unit. Excellent kitchen with new appliances, and well supplied. Easily cooked breakfast every morning. Comfortable furniture and beds. Both decks are nice and surrounded by aspens, extra credit for having chairs and tables on both. Short walk down to the lake is nice. My favorite feature is the master bath with dual shower heads, one of which is an Overhead rain style. Strong hot water, and good cold water for a standing DIY”cold plunge”. Good for those tight joints after an active day. Unit is further into the complex so highway noise is not really a factor, and with shut windows at night, not at all. Complex is very quiet. Only real suggestion would be for extra pillows.

Comfortable and Clean

We stayed here for a short trip to hike. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great communication with Daniel before and during our stay. It was really nice that we could walk to the reservoir path from the condo.

Excellent Location & Accommodations

Family ski vacation. Family of 4 (twin 12 year old boys). Great location with easy access to all of Summit County. We enjoyed Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorn, Breckenridge, Vail, and Avon. We skied Breckenridge (15 minutes), Vail (30 minutes), Beaver Creek (45 minutes), and Keystone (15 minutes). The condo was comfortable, clean, and well equipped with all of the essentials. Hot tub access was close and easy. Will definitely be back.

September stay in Frisco

Daniel the owner was very easy to work with. Great communication from the first day I booked in Feb until the day we left. Wanted a convenient place to stay to explore Frisco and Breckenridge and this beautiful two bedroom condo was perfect. Very clean with everything we needed for a great stay. Will definitely book again when we next stay in the area again. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent property and location

One of our best Vrbos! The unit is updated and fully stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the location is great. We took a walk everyday to Lake Dillon and our son loved playing on the shoreline. Add to all of that a kind, incredibly responsive and accommodating host - if you are thinking of booking - do it!!

Super Convenient, plus Pendletons!

This 2-bedroom unit was just what we were looking for. Conveniently located around Keystone and Breckenridge skiing, fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and dine in. Beds, Baths were comfortable, lots of water pressure. AND - there were huge Pendleton blankets to wrap up in after a long day of skiing! Highly recommend.

Great unit for skiing Vail and Breck

This property was in a convenient location for getting to Breckenridge and Vail. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. The only thing it could have used more of is knives. Overall an excellent stay and the Christmas tree was a nice touch too.

Stay here - you'll be happy you did!

Clean, charming unit with lots of amenities to make you feel at home! Close to the highway, grocery stores, restaurants, trails and the reservoir. Daniel is a kind and thoughtful host. We would definitely stay there again.
