Property was situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. Had several "toys" to enjoy on Dillon Reservoir. It was a great location to use as a base for visiting many of the nearby towns too.

Annual Snowboard Trip

We loved the house and location. Easy 12-15 min drive to Copper Mountain. Wal-Mart and Safeway just 5 min down the road. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Pictures shown don’t do the place justice. It’s super spacious. Would def book this place again.

Excellent hosts and a suburb home!

We stayed with 3 families (5 adults, 6 kids) in this exceptionally comfortable home. The hosts were so prompt with communication and clearly they wanted our stay to be as enjoyable as possible. We appreciated the well-appointed kid room and the kitchen with all the amenities we could need. Highly recommend!

Great property!

There were 10 of us ranging in age from 11 to 70. We were there for a birthday celebration and the property was exactly what we needed! The location couldn’t have been better! We had a chirping smoke detector the third day we were there. I contacted the owner and she immediately had someone fix it! We couldn’t have had a better experience! Thanks Rachael!

This is a really nice home for a family vacation. Our adult family came to ski/snowboard the local resorts. Exceptionally clean and up to date and the very friendly host was responsive and helpful. The roomy kitchen was well stocked with clean useable cooking supplies and a full spice rack. We cooked several meals with no shortcomings. The kitchen table expanded to allow 10+ people to eat together comfortably. The whole home was roomy and furnished nicely. Highly recommended; I would rent here again.

Everything was perfect - just as hoped!

This location was perfect for our needs and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. A very short walk to the lake, a beautiful stream running throughout the properties, easy walk to Marina in Frisco where there is a playground for the little ones and the beach on the lake! Views are gorgeous, of course. Main Street is delightful to explore with easy parking. Close to so many activities - hiking, golfing, biking, playing at the parks and exploring. The home was just as described. Very clean and lots of room to hang out together (we had 8 adults and 2 darling toddlers.) Also, plenty of room to get some private space when needed. You could hardly hear the babies when they fussed or cried in another room. The patio is great for hanging out at different times of the day with the fire pit nearby for more quiet time or gathering. Well supplied kitchen and easy to move around in. Loved the two ovens for our family gathering! Liked the open concept with the kitchen, dining area and living space all open to each other. Can't say enough about our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and felt so comfortble and at home. The host was very nice and quickly responded to questions! Thank you so much! We hope to stay at your lovely home again someday!

Great house and location

Communication with the property owner was excellent, the house was great, as was the location for easy walks to town and hiking trails. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Highly recommend.

Mountain bliss

We could not have been more pleased with this amazing home for our family stay in the mountains. We had plenty of space for our four young grandchildren and six adults. The deck and surrounding yard was peaceful and fun with the extra bonus of hiking trails and lake nearby. We enjoy staying in Frisco whenever we go to Colorado and hope to return to this house soon!
