Property Description
Mountain Side J250 is a beautiful and very spacious 2 bedroom plus Loft, 2 bath in the heart of Frisco near the base of Mount Royal and Peak 1. Unit sleeps 6. Living room features gas fireplace, large flatscreen and free cable. Free WiFi throughout the unit. Kids toy and games area in the upper hallway. Unit has a private, sunny deck that looks out to the mountains. Fully-equipped kitchen with lots of meal prep space. Kitchen bar seats 2. Dining table seats 6. Entry hall with boot bench. This amazing complex features a well-maintained clubhouse with indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna, business center and patio seating. Volleyball, outdoor community grill and picnic area located in extensive grounds. Located in a quiet part of Frisco near hiking trails and the Summit County Rec Path.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ King, flatscreen, bath entry in upstairs master.
~ Twin Bunkbed, flatscreen, bath entry in 2nd main floor bedroom
~ Queen Murphy Bed in loft, shares the upstairs bath.
~ Queen Sofabed in main floor living room, shares the hall bath.

Parking
One assigned parking space #250 in the garage under the J building and one additional unassigned surface parking spot at the complex.

Amenities
Big, beautiful clubhouse with indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, 3 outdoor hot tubs, large patio, tennis court and indoor pickleball/raquetball court. Clubhouse has upstairs business center with desks, Wifi, exercise room and lounge area for those 18 and over. Coin-op/credit card washers and dryers also in clubhouse. Extensive, well maintained grounds with a stream running through it, volleyball court, outdoor community grill and picnic table.

Location
Walk or take a short drive to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, Frisco Historic Park and all downtown gear rentals. Only 7 minutes to Copper, 15 minutes to Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Keystone or Loveland, 25 Minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Vail. In the winter Frisco has an Adventure Park and Nordic Center for tubing, cross country skiing and sleigh rides. Summer activities include numerous Main Street and Pavilion festivals, biking on the Summit County Recreation Path which is nearby, hiking or mountain biking trails at the Peninsula or Rainbow Lake and Mount Royal areas. The Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon waterfront are an easy walk, bike or drive. The marina has SUP, kayak and canoe rental as well as sailing and motor boats. Just 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets. A beautiful and convenient location.

This property was as described and pictured. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The location was great for downtown Frisco businesses and local ski resorts. Only issue that should be resolved is the ability to utilize the fireplace. Instructions were not good and it is not an intuitive process.

This was our fifth vacation in Frisco and Katie and Jon’s cozy condo did not disappoint. Expectations are always high for vacations because you save up money and scan so many properties. This one is a 5-minute walk to Main Street and a 10-minute drive time to Copper Mountain. But the reason I would rent again is the quality of what’s inside: great pillows, well-supplied kitchen and an excellent shower. The fireplace and patio grill, washer-dryer and underground parking, too. The thoughtful owners respond to every message within minutes, which made us feel welcome and helped us ease into vacation mode that much faster. Would definitely rent again.

Absolutely loved this condo. So so clean ,great view, grandkids loved the clubhouse and perfectly located to downtown , but felt like in the mountains! Loved the lights in the deck. Would HIIGHLY recommend 💕💜

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this condo. It was quiet and clean and well appointed as before. We love the location backing to National Forest. I would just recommend that the sheets and towels not be washed in very fragrant detergent. Even after two washes the scent was strong. Just want to let others know just in case they have sensitivities so they can bring their own sheets.

We loved our stay in Frisco! This place is amazing with no detail lost. Everything from nice towels to a Weber grilll, it met all of our families needs. The only negative for us was the distance from our building to the clubhouse where the hot tubs were. Would still highly recommend!

This is a great property, bigger than expected. A lot of places will report that they can sleep more than 4, but this condo was more than adequate and could easily sleep 8. The newer renovations and finishes are really nice. It was perfect for our skiing weekend. Easy access, easy parking and close to Main Street.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain Side and would highly recommend it to others. It was updated and very clean. The condo had everything you needed to prepare a meal if you resided to eat it. It was very comfortable and fet very homey. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Frisco!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fully updated Mountain Side Condo! The view from the balcony is spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a drink and a book enjoying the view. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in this condo. The owners have given thought to every detail and have provided what is needed. We ate some meals out and some meals in and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare simple meals. Our grandson was with us on this trip and loved the swimming pool and we all enjoyed the hot tubs! The club house offers many nice amenities. The owners were very easy to contact and responded right away when we had questions. We visit Frisco yearly and will definitely consider renting this unit again!

We stayed for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The condo was clean, comfortable and very homey. The location is centrally located whichallowed us to do everything we wanted. More importantly, the owners were fabulous to work with! Questions were answered quickly and their kindness was evident! We will be staying again!

My husband and I and son really enjoyed our stay at this Mountainside condo in Frisco. We would stay again. it was only a 10 minute walk to Main street Frisco. Though the kitchen was a little bit narrow, It was up to date, and the owner even left a cabinet for us to put all of the food that we purchased that didn’t go in the fridge. it was quiet and relaxing and the parking garage had a bike rack for us to lock our bikes..The bedrooms and baths were a great size. The deck was enjoyable and larger than I thought from the pictures. It was quite hot in friisco when we went, so we bought a box fan and that kept the upstairs master cool. The loft is upstairs too, and has a comfortable murphy bed and a washer dryer. I let the owner know that a few box fans left in the condo would help with the heat, because without I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep upstairs and we leave our AC at home me at 76. Just so skiers know, there are no ski lockers down in the garage so you would have to carry your items up the stairs, but there’s plenty of room in the hallway to put all your gear. One of the best condos I have stayed in in Frisco. Oh, and it is a short walk to the indoor pool and the bike path.
