The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome works perfectly for families or groups of up to eight people. The living area is bright and airy with large windows, a floor-to-ceiling stone wood fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Just outside, the patio overlooks the bike path and creek; there’s also a gas grill and great views of Frisco’s Mount Royal. The kitchen features large quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks for your group. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for two more at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, and two covered parking spaces. As with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
