“The Coffee maker wasn’t working and even unplugged it and started it again and it never brewed..”

“The property location was very convenient due to the dance competition being held at the Convention center, but otherwise the hotel was okay at best. The property grounds has a nice court yard area and the kids enjoyed the pool, but the hotel was out dated, the bathroom doesn’t have a fan, hot water was inconsistent, and the room had only the basic amenities. I would have expected better for the price.”

“Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was average but don’t expect too much. Hot tub and pool were surprisingly really updated. Clear water in pool and no foam in hot tub. Kids enjoyed the water slide. Pete welcomed and stayed free. Overall a good deal for the price. ”

“Rooms where extremely dirty like dead flys all over the windowsill and food obviously not cleaned off the furniture and durt and grime on the ac. In the hot tub there was chunks of something floating in it. Otherwise the staff was great but thats the only good thing ”

“Breakfast was sub par the floors in the bathroom literally had layers of dirt in the corners, I guess you get what you pay for, price was good ”

“This hotel was wonderful. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the pool and spa area was very clean and well stocked with towels. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book here again next time we need to be in Billings.”
