“The room was great. The only thing I will mention is that the toilet seemed somewhat loose and rocked a little when sitting down. Perhaps they could tighten the floor bolts. The front counter person was great at check in. ”

“Everything was great, the only negative thing was the temp being way too cold in the hallways. Could have been because of the stair cases being wide open. It was cold for my kids walking out of the pool and back to our room. Everything else was just fine though! My other recommendations would be microwaves to heat up leftovers and towels located in the pool. I'm sure they have a reason although would be great to hear an explanation as to why those 2 amenities are not available. Staff was...

He set the standards for a manager as I noticed him work with his subordinates, in addition to actually cleaning the breakfast buffet area and breaking it down quite impressive!
