“We arrived too late to use the airport shuttle. We arrived and there was a note at the front desk that they stepped away & would return shortly. It was 10 mins of waiting before I called the hotel. Staff answered & said he’d be right up. Five mins later he came. It was around 1am, so we just wanted it to be quick so we could get to bed. Breakfast was crowded and staff couldn’t keep up with the demand- food, utensils, plates, etc. Room was very clean.”
