“Very disappointing stay. The room we were given was in terrible condition—the bed was dirty and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. The staff didn’t greet us or make us feel welcome, which made for a poor first impression. Breakfast was also disappointing, with no vegan options available. Overall, I expected much better and would not recommend staying here.”

“We reserved and paid two nights. Over $650.00. Upon arrival our room was changed to a different area of the property. The room was awful. The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling. The workout gym was full of water and machines covered in mud. The property is run down and felt unsafe. We stayed just two hours and had to...

“Staff on the two nights was wonderful First room was a crappy fridge,2nd room tiles in bathroom was broken, mold on wall, 2 roaches..the Last night at 830pm we got moved again rooms pull out couch was damaged, drawers didn't stay shut. Only 1 ice machine top floor was working, no vending machine or heated pool as advertised.”

“This hotel deserves a negative rating. Stay at one of the other hotels nearby! 1. I booked through Expedia. It was a Sunday through Saturday for my daughter to work in OKC that week. I made a mistake and booked the wrong week. I called and asked them to switch weeks. Long story short, the hotel refused a refund request because they said I CANCELED the reservation even though I just wanted it changed. “For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that.”
