“Very run down. Needs new toilet seat I almost left because of the condition. Loud fridge and dirty AC . Ok for the low price but would not recommend or stay again.”

“Checked in and the sofa chair had so many stains I couldn’t even sit on it. The chair at the desk had a bit less stains but when I sat down to eat my meal for about 10min I had a total of 4 bed bug bites on the back of my legs where I was sitting on the chair. There was mold around the tub and the sink was backed up. The water never went down. I only stayed for one night for an event due to the convenience but I would not stay here again.”

“The hallway had a horrible stench. Shady people (I assuming living there) on the first floor.”

“Immediately took care of your light that was out. We did not know there wasn’t maid service on a day basis. That would have been helpful.”

“I have to shout out Michelle! She is absolutely amazing! She helped me out so much after a horrible experience at another “hotel” that lacked competency. She allowed an early check in and just have a great experience to end the trip with. The staff was kind and friendly. I’m very pleased with this stay. Highly recommend!”

“Room was clean and any issues they addressed it right a way. Parking was great plenty of parking along with a clean indoor pool. The rooms are amazing I would stay here every time visiting New Haven.”

“We arrived early to a reunion from 5 hour drive and couldn't get in early the room wasn't ready .. the door to the room wouldn't lock the rugs were dirty looking and everything was old .. went to the bar looked dirty and only a few people in it .. the bartender was very nice and friendly.. probably only one! Spent 297. For a night never go back”

“Everything this time around was much better at the Comfort Inn then the last time that I stayed there the young lady at the front desk Kathy was extremely polite and I appreciated that very much and my room was clean. Everything was good. I was very appreciative. Thank you.”
