“Very run down. Needs new toilet seat I almost left because of the condition. Loud fridge and dirty AC . Ok for the low price but would not recommend or stay again.”

“Checked in and the sofa chair had so many stains I couldn’t even sit on it. The chair at the desk had a bit less stains but when I sat down to eat my meal for about 10min I had a total of 4 bed bug bites on the back of my legs where I was sitting on the chair. There was mold around the tub and the sink was backed up. The water never went down. I only stayed for one night for an event due to the convenience but I would not stay here again.”

“Room was clean and any issues they addressed it right a way. Parking was great plenty of parking along with a clean indoor pool. The rooms are amazing I would stay here every time visiting New Haven.”

“Upon arriving early, I was met with a friendly host who was kind enough to let me check in. He explained the amenities and let me know about the complimentary breakfast. There are two elevators- and it was was easy to find our room. It was a very functional suite with a kitchen/living room and pull out couch. The bedroom had two queen beds which my parents loved- they said it was so comfortable and they slept well! Bathroom was clean and only had a stand up shower. The continental breakfast was...

“I have to shout out Michelle! She is absolutely amazing! She helped me out so much after a horrible experience at another “hotel” that lacked competency. She allowed an early check in and just have a great experience to end the trip with. The staff was kind and friendly. I’m very pleased with this stay. Highly recommend!”

“The hotel was just checking over for the Hilton by the Hilton. It was not a good hotel. It smelled like cigarette ran down. Stafr didn’t seem too friendly doors were very it was very poorly maintenance. It looked like it had one room and just painted the second room and maybe bought new beds and ACs that property needs a lot of work. Breakfast was basic. It was a smell to the hotel. It just wasn’t worth the money I spent it was 200 something dollars. I think I will give it a motel 85.”

“The room had 2 beds in it that were very uncomfortable. They felt lumpy and felt like they were there much too long. There were paper cups in the bathroom. I was there for 2 nights, and cost over 400.00. I felt like I was staying at a Motel 6. Very disappointed.”
