“We had BLACK MOLD ALL OVER the shower and the ceiling. Completely unacceptable and gross. I have never seen this in a hotel before. We checked in at 10:30 pm so we did not notice it until the morning. We checked out at 4:00 to catch our flight, so when we left, I attempted to connect with someone at the front desk, but no one was there. I left multiple messages but the hotel has not returned my call.”
