“Personale al check-in per nulla disponibile e burbero, la camera lascia molto a desiderare, letto matrimoniale ma di misura una piazza e mezzo, le luci sui comodini una non faceva, il frigo solo luce accesa ma non raffreddava, nel letto tirare giù le coperte, sembrava ci avesse già dormito qualcuno da quanto era disfatto. Nel bagno mancavano bagnoschiuma e cuffia per doccia. ”

“The air conditioning unit has a stale smell. thankfully we went on nights that were cool so we switched off the air-conditioning and kept the windows open. I would never be able to stay in this room if I had to keep the heat or the AC on because of the smell that it emanates. I mentioned to the hotel staff and they’re supposed to call me back, but no one has Also, the room look much better in the pictures than they actually are”

“Authentic character is the stand out of this Inn. It feels luxurious just fron attention to detail and every staff member being kind and ready to help. Room was clean and came with coffee, a fireplace, chocolates, towels/shower basics, and even a hair dryer. Restaurants, pool, and gym all easily accessible within the building. Even the continental breakfast has staff to give you directions and a menu to select from if you want to pay for something a but heartier. The garden was astonishingly...

“The room was okay, the floors made our feet black. They definitely have not been cleaned in a hot minute. Our sink leaked everywhere (front desk did clean & offer a new room but I already had decorations set up) Pool was FREEZING.. Ive been to this pool SO many times with the previous owners.. I was so disappointed. This was the reason I booked this hotel for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately we wont stay here again. I was so excited when it changed over.. definitely disappointing.”

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”
