“Albergo carino e molto comodo. Posizionato bene per andare a Freeport e spostarsi a nord come tappa intermedia. Pulito e senza problemi. ”

“So disappointed in what they have done to this once beautiful hotel. It had so much personality. Not now. It is now a Comfort Inn and it looks awful. The room was clean but no coffee maker. The worst part is you could not use the hallways in the morning to go to breakfast. You had to go outside to get to the breakfast area. Glad it wasn't winter. The staff were great. It's not their fault. Won't be going there again.”

“Great old world style property with good food. We have stayed there several times with very favorable results. The room however on this trip was too small to comfortably hold two adults. Very little room between the beds and the walls and not much room to get dressed or store luggage. Just make sure you request a larger room.”

“Convenient location, comfortable room. But there was no toilet paper there when I checked in, and the coffee maker had a used K-cup in it, so they need to work on their housekeeping. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.”

“Beautiful hotel, wonderful location. My only note is that the bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I would expect from this kind of boutique hotel. Standard size pillows only, no king size pillows and no lumbar pillows, and a fairly hard mattress with a thin pad. The night before my stay, I stayed in a converted motel for 25% of the Docent’s price that had far superior bedding.”

“Hotel is pretty much as advertised. Reasonably priced for an expensive city and had free parking and helpful staff. Decor is a bit outdated (room definitely could have done with a new mattress) and generally needs a lick of paint. Big complaint would be the AC in our room - it was easily in the 90s during our stay and the AC was making the situation worse. My other half was unable to sleep and had to take a 3am shower! “We checked in at about 8:30pm and left at like 10pm. We had 2 rooms and neither of them were clean. The bathroom in the first one was filthy. Not just like oh I forgot to clean it once but caked dirt and grime on the outside of the shower. Then I opened my bed to find a hair in it and then some dirt. So they ended up giving us a second room and the shower was still dirty and then I opened up the bed and there was dirt in the bed. I ended up leaving so disgusted and had to pay $323 for another...
