“Always so nice to stay here. They have our room ready every time we have stayed. Very very quite very clean. Not far to get to where we need to be. I love this place”

“Hotel is dated. Drain pretty plugged in the bathroom, rust on hinges in the bathroom. Coffee maker didn’t work. Bed was very comfortable and quiet in the rooms. Staff were very nice!”

“Wonderful place to stay, great location for branching out in the Iowa city area. The staff were amazing, always greeting you with a smile and ready to help at a moment’s notice. The bar is well stocked and the young lady tending bar was so sweet I will not hesitate to stay there again the next time we are in town.”

“This is a great hotel right next to Kinnick Stadium and the University of Iowa Hospitals. The entire staff were so friendly. I stayed during a snow storm so I could be close to the hospital where they were transferring my mom. The lobby bar/restaurant has great food and drink selections. ”

“Friendly staff clean room smelled nice and great breakfast. The only thing i did not like was only w towels in the room but the maids gave us some. And they charge you 20 dollars a night for coincidentals and i still havent seen mybrefund on that. We left the room.spotless but its a charge above and beyond your room rate. Also they were taking the hot tub out. ”
