“When I walked up to the desk, there were two gentlemen behind it. One was helping another guest, and one was chugging Dr. Thunder from a two liter bottle. I stood there for quite some time not being acknowledged by either person. Eventually the gentleman helping the other guest finished up, and invited me over to his portion of the desk. The other man whom I was standing in front of, ignored me and kept chugging his drink and checking his phone. A simple "he will be with you in a moment" would...

My neighbors were terrible the 1st night and had the TV on REALLY loud starting at 7am and finally turned it down around 8:30am. I was going to call the front desk several times but did not…”

“The front desk area has been remodeled and looks nice. However, its basically lipstick on a pig. As we walked down the hall, the smell got worse and worse and by the time we got to our room, it full on smelled like dirty kitty litter. When we got in the (1st floor room), the window was open, there were hairs in the bed, there was a bug in the shower, there was some gross splatter on the bathroom wall. I have never checked out of a hotel within minutes of checking in until i got to this hotel.”

“Room was kind of dirty, big stain on the floor. Carpet looked like it didn’t get vacuumed between guests. The front desk staff was very accommodating with getting a clean room. Pool was very small. And it is shared with the connecting hotel, so keep that in mind when traveling with kids who like to swim. The lobby was very clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly! The bar in the hotel was very nice and clean. Friendly staff!”

“Parking was safe and easy. Room was dirty and smelled musty. Sheets and comforter were stained. Towels were stained. Bathroom had hair in shower when we arrived. It was an affordable place to stay, but we regretted not splurging for a cleaner hotel. ”

“I stayed at this hotel more than 15 years ago as a refuge from a winter storm. The building was filthy, cold and there were black widow spiders in the bathroom. This property has been sold and completely remodeled virtually ground up. Almost impeccably clean, it was nice and comfortable albeit the structure design is outdated. Beds and bedding was acceptable though a little spartan. Breakfast was hot and copious in volume and choice. Absolutely no complaints, but just know that the location is...

“All around clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the great room provided a roomy, relaxed space to enjoy with family. The aroma of the air freshener as you walk in the main door and throughout the great room was overwhelming and unpleasant.”
