“Great breakfast and hot tub room”

“The property was beautiful and in excellent shape the room was clean and quiet. Air was controlled by me which was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. Also very helpful as I could not figure out something and within 5 minutes they were there to help. The only thing I was surprised by was no tv streaming service and old fashioned what is on is what you can watch. Breakfast was good and plentiful.”

Very good bed and linens, consistently good breakfast every day, clean bathroom and shower (more towel bars/hooks would be nice), quiet most of the time. Convenient parking. Public areas could be cleaner. A guest washer & drier would be nice, but there's a good 24-hour laundromat nearby. “Honestly the hotel was alright. I would echo the same things that other reviews mentioned about it being very noisy with it being next to a major road. The sounds went on all night and breakfast was not the best. The hotel was decently clean but it looked short staffed so you could tell it wasn’t kept up with the way that it probably should have been. “The staff was nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Overall, our two hotel rooms did not look or feel dirty. The couch in our room had some stains and it was kind of gross looking. A vacuum needs run in all corners, especially in the bathroom. Some of the sheets and towels had gross stains on them. The air conditioners in our rooms worked well enough but were very loud, kicking on and off, even when the fan was turned to always run on low....

“I forgot to tell them our room had no water pressure. It was literally a tiny sprinkler coming out. I almost took the shower head off myself and tried to clean it out but I didn’t have time. It was clean, but looks like it’s being renovated. It could definitely be a little better. It was a cheap stay but you definitely saw the rust on the bathroom doors, the over flow sink would go all over the toilet paper, some of the lights didn’t work. But it wasn’t a terrible stay. “The hotel was nice, very large room and surprisingly very quiet despite being downtown. All the employees were nice. Breakfast was very good, delicious pancakes and avocado toast. My only complaint was the shower. Worst shower ever. Little to no water pressure coupled with the extreme soft water was a horrible combination trying to wash our hair and feel like it was rinsed clean. Just a horrible shower. “Beautiful room.The accomodations were excellent except for the very low toilet seat and the very heavy blankets on the beds. You have to choose between sheet only and the haeavy blanket.”
