“The place was very nice, however the checkin was very misleading since the address provided was megu fuji 2021 but the actual place is megu fuji plus which is a good 30 minute walk.”

“民泊だから仕方ないけど、今回は居住者だった人の生活感と臭いが残ってて食器や備品など使う気になれなかった。BBQコンロの網は前者が使ったままで焼きカスがこびりついたままで写真のようなBBQセットとは全く違った！これでレンタル料金3500円も取るなんてありえない　ホストに質問しても1週間以上過ぎた今でも既読にはならない 家の中は綺麗に掃除はしてあります。気温が低かったので虫などもいなくて七輪のBBQと焚き火は楽しめました。”

“Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...
