“I’ve not had a good time in the lock down booking with hotels.com , and after several failures as a key worker I found this place . Wish I’d gone directly to them and not given Hotels.com the credit of this review. The Premises was exceptional with all mod cons, very clean everything you need to do whilst working away . “We stayed for a gig at Heaton park. The girl on check in couldn't be more helpful. I was able to park outside the property. The room was lovely and clean and it was £15 in a Uber to the concert.”

Clean and spacious rooms. Mainly comfy although no air con in the room and it was roasting so had a rough night.
The surrounding area is great, the food I. The restaurant is brilliant.
All in all a very comfortable stay and would definitely look at staying here again if...

“I’ve stayed here many times now the grounds are lovely fantastic if your having a wedding for photos the staff are always friendly polite nice people room always clean and if you give them notice they endeavour to put you in the quieter part of the hotel if there’s a function on parking is free and plenty of space I’ll always stay here when in Manchester
