“Great location near public transport. Friendly/helpful staff. My only problem was the bath was quite deep and hard to get in/out of for showering; an age thing but something that others need to be aware of. Other than that niggle, would not hesitate to return.”

“Nice little property in the grounds of the old vicarage with everything you would need for your stay. Comfy bed and plenty of hot water.”

“We didn't take up our booking because we were advised by our friends and relatives (one is a member of the local constabulary) who live locally that the hotel is filthy, poorly managed and used more as a hostel for undesirables. We were advised not to stay there, consequently we didn't even see the establishment so cannot confirm whether that is the case.”

“Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.”

“Everything was wonderful with the exception of no air-conditioning or fans. Of course it was an unusual heat wave, but it would’ve made it a lot more comfortable. A small fridge would’ve been nice as well so we could keep our drinks cool. But the pub was great. breakfast was very nice and we had a wonderful time.”
